Airbag problem...

Does anyone know how to remove the airbag faceplate off of a '94-'04 Mustang?? More importantly, would an '04 airbag that I have work on a '98 and vice versa?? Thanks for all your help in advance!

ya i dont got airbags after i hit the gaurd rail, but its all good.
