he said that he got the car started but to get into no spin no start could also be starter,starter relay,battery,other possible pcm problems.also using a non programmed key will disable the starter it will generate a code in the pcm for wrong pats transciever recieved but i know it is not a key so there are some more possiblities

 

it's running fine now. The IAC was the problem, it was gunky and stuck closed. I cleaned it for now, may be replacing it later.
