i can tell you its going to be difficult, i just replaced a lock cylinder and felt like cutting a hole in the door just to get it out!!

remove the door panel
remove the speaker
disconnect the power window wiring harness
remove 3 bolts holding the motor in
remove the motor through the speaker hole
dont even have to touch anything else in the assembly.
