Lowering spring questions?

Lowering spring questions?
Does any body here have the k-sport lowering springs, I know they are the ebay brand and ebay brands should ussually be avoided. But anyway, I have an ebay CAI that works great so I figure maybe the springs will be good to, any body here have them? Oh.. and while I'm at it, what is the limit on lowering your car without needing caste/camber plates? Thanks in advanced.

Yeah the eibach springs seem the way to go, but these ebay ones are about $100 cheaper, but they lower the car about 2" according to their add and I would probably need the cc plates.

check the feedback for the site selling them to see if anyone else bought them and how they liked it. I got my rims and sway bar end links off the ebay store and they are excellent, thats what i did before i bought them

i have ebay lowering springs had them for about 2 months and i like them more (the ride quality)thanmy old steeda ones. dropped my car about 2.5in and i have caster camber plates too. i don't remember the name of them
