99 fog light switch wiring
I replaced my 99 GT grill with a couple of aftermarket fog lights and got this brilliant idea to replace the coin holder in the console with another fog light switch just for the new ones. I'm goin to pull the switch power from the power porthotwirein the console(yes, the new switch activates a relay for the new lights).Using the existing switch, Ifound the hot wire in with a volt meter (that activates when the parking lights are turned on) and the line out to the relay. My question is, how do I connect the two other smaller terminals in the switch so that the little light on the switch operates? I see with an ohm meter that one small terminal activates when the switch is turned on, and is connected to the downstream out main terminal. Does that mean the other terminal is a ground and the light doesn't draw enough current to show on my ohm meter? Why the two smaller terminals, anyway? Where is the small switched wire going out to? Thanks.

RE: 99 fog light switch wiring
So, ya'll can't figure it out either, huh? It's working without the light, but I'm just going to add a light where I can see it without looking down. It looks great with the matching switches, but watch out if anybody else does it, because the switch turned out to be $67 from the friendly Ford dealer, after a $12 discount.
