my parents do but i do see ANY of it lol.
thanks for your help guys..hmm maybe i can find me a 4v
obviously you're too young to realize that you see your parents money on a DAILY basis. What until you have your own kids and they make that statement after you've supported them for their entire life.

Lol are you paying for rent/ property taxes, groceries, utilities, health insurance, hehe that stuff totals up to be alot more than car mods. So give the parents a little credit

I'm gonna assume that the 'Stang is your primary mode of transport, and that you're parents wouldn't be too stoked on hauling your *** around if your car is out of commission for an extended period of time, like it would most likely be if you attempted a 4V motor swap. Why not just enjoy what you've got and maybe throw some bolt on parts at it? Cold air intake, throttle body, chip, etc. arent that hard to save up for if you have a semi decent part time job. Heck, I bet if your parents saw you taking the initiative to use your hard earned cash on your car, they might be inclined to help you out on some of those bigger ticket bolt ons like headers and an exhaust system. Not to mention its the holiday season, wouldn't hurt to ask for some of that stuff for Christmas.

16 with a v8 Mustang...you lucky punk. .

Yea thats what i intend to do. just bolt ons. but for a minute there i thought if a 4v swap wasnt too hard i might try it. but it is so thats out of the question.
Yes i know i see alot of my parents money, porbably more than they see. But any that goes toward the car other than that they paid for it, is mine. i pay gas, tires, Insurance (killer) and any mods i plan to do. I work for my money via my farm and trust me it isnt easy lol.

thanks for the advice guys!

yeah, you definitely see your parents money if they threw down for your car.

I worked on the farm to pay my insurance when I was 16 too, so I feel ya, but it's better that way.

The 4v passages don't line up right either. You'd have to modify them. Save your pennies and get an entire 4v Engine. It'll be cheaper and done right.
