I just had my buddy install a new clutch and clutch cable in my 97 gt and ever since then when you put the car in gear it rattles and shakes the car pretty bad put it in netural it stops..reverse, 1st 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th a lil all shake the car, im not real familiar w/ 5 speeds and this is a consern to me could something just not be tighted all the way?..befor the changing of clutch and cable my car never did this only after the change, and the first night it didnt do it . It started the next day. Sometimes the car is a little stiff getting into the gears?what could that be?..any info apperciated. _Jeffrey

Did you put in an adjustale quadrent? The stiff gear changes could be from poor adjustment.

throw out bearnings in backwards. did the clutch dust plate fit back on the car?

Hmmmm, maybe the pressure plate came loose.
