Ok, so I swapped my buddy's IAC with mine and it's still doing the same thing. If I posted a video showing what it does, do you guys think that would help any? Any ideas are appreciated.
Unless you reset the computer to relearn the new IAC then you changed nothing.

I know this is an old thread but today I finally fixed the problem. For anybody who does a PI intake swap on a 96-98 you will probably have the same problem as me until you install the 2nd coolant sensor in the manifold. I've heard from a couple people that did the swap that they didn't have any problems without the 2nd sensor. Well I finally got around to installing it, and it made a world of difference. I'm so glad it's fixed though.

A couple guys on whorall. They said the only thing that would be off is that the fan would run all the time and that everything should be fine without it.
