Default Spec Stage 3 and Stock T3650

will the grabbing power and toughness of the spec stage 3 cause bad things to happen to a T3650......

would a spec stage 2 be the better option seeing as i wont even have the torque yet to max out the stage 2

It only grabs too much if you let it. You need to tranition into the gear with enough rpms from the engine to save the tranny AS WELL AS let off the clutch slow enough. That's in daily driving. During your racing, just let her go. It is hard on the tranny, but unless you're racing all the time, it'll be fine. Just ensure you have a better TOB than the one that comes in the kit. The Ford racing one I hear works fine.

with the spray you are putting somewhere between 450-500 tq through that tranny. i wouldnt expect it to last long. i'm not saying it will blow up the first day but i would plan on a TKO or t56 in the not too distant future.
