OP, post a link to this 'kit' your talking about

stock catback is 2.25" where aftermarkets are 2.5.

I like magnaflows myself...though i dont have them on my GT yet....ive had them on 2 of my other vehicles. They sound alot deeper than flowmasters to me....they are more comparable to borla. I had them on my 3.0 V6 Ranger and it almost sounded like a V8....nice deep rumble at idle.....but sounded more like aV6 at WOT. Consider your cabin noise also....hard to hold a conversation with a passenger with Loudmouths installed.

k thats rele good, besides getting a complete exhaust system, is getting flowmaster mufflers a good enough choice for a deeper louder rumble? i rele want a noticable change

It will be noticeable, no doubt. it won't sound anything remotely close to "ricer", trust me. i don't know much about flows, but there are different models and such. flowmaster 40's are what a lot of people here use I believe.

when you buy a whole new system it consists of headers,mid pipe (x or h) and a catback...if you were looking to buy just an h or x pipe, get one made for shorty headers so it will bolt up to your car- that is if it's the stock system on there now
