Default 2000 GT Heads

How much HP would my buddys 2000 stang gain if he put a set of PI Performance heads on? Are there any better heads out there that he should look at? He has a little head gasket leak so he wants to just go ahead and buy new heads since he is going to have to change the gasket anyway. Should he go with the felpro head gaskets? Or the metal ones?

dont the 99+ already have PI heads? Also, buying NICE heads will cost some $$$ itd be best just to fix the gaskets.

If they are the PI heads then the best thing he could do would be to get them ported and polished? Or to just save up and buy new heads? Or to say screw it and just replace the gaskets because the stock heads are fine?

he has PI heads. your last option. porting won't do much until he has more mods. they are one of those mods that add minimal power by themselves, but help with just about every other mod. cams, s/c's etc. just put new gaskets on it. the stock ones will be fine unless he plans on running a ton of boost.
