Update: one girl i know had her dad come over to check out the car. The rubber piece between the harmonic balancer and the crank pulley is bulging out on one spot, and is a bit crooked. Meaning that theres a possibility that the balancer and pulley are spinning out of sync with each other.
Orderin a new one today.
