Is there any difference between rear ends from 94 - 04? Solid no IRS. I need to replace my 7.5 from my V6 to V8 swap and wanted to know about any suprises I may run into. I have a buddy who's dad owns a auto salvage yard and I can get any and everythign I need from there even multiple rear ends to get the best stuff. Any input is appreciated!

Im not sure about 94-95, but 96-04 has the same 8.8 rear. Did you want to get into the rear or just swap the 7.5. If it's just a swap there shouldnt be too much to it.

SN95 rear ends are slightly shorter end to end I thought. New Edges also came with a different gear ratio than the SN95 GT's also IIRC.
