ok what still gets greased on mustangs after the fox body design .? I have a 97 gt and it sounds like it needs some grease somewhere in the suspension like the older fox body mustangs you have the grease fittings on the tie rods and u joints etc.. but on the newer styles alot of them have the self contained type and no grease needed ..when my car get wet it makes no noise when it is dry for a while it squeaks when i make turns like the u joints or tie rod ends something ...makes a rubbing sound ..then it goes away when it rains ..can i lube the u joints anyway and the tie rods etc..without hurting the rubber they are made of now? feeling my age..old

I had a 99 and now a 2000 and I really don't think there's any grease fittings.

that noise can just be a severly dryed out bushing on the swaybar mounts or end links.
