Ok actaully another correction... Its only about an 1/8 inches or less. I didn't take into account the gasket and the corner was off alittle.

The pistons are at "safe" mode where the can get in the way of the vavle... but good thought. I'll double check it though

Ok here is whatI just figured out. 3 corners will line up perfectly. The inside of thehead(other side ofexhaust ports)is dead straight and so is the back side. Its just the front corner that is off by about 1/8 inches. Anythoughts on that?

Ok... so here was the deal. The exhaust header was hitting the end of the bolt on the 7th cylinders exhaust tube. I just had to convince the tube to bend in some with a hammer and everything fell right where it should be. Thanks for the infomation though.
