Speedometer correction?

ok guys, got the 23 tooth gear, put it in and im still off by about 5-6 mph until like 40 ish and then it starts to run about 10 mph off higher up. thats as close as im gonna get it i guess. the stock gear in there was a 21 tooth for 3.27 gears.
the only thing that worries me is im gonna rack up the miles faster and ok i change my oil every 3000, now im gonna be doing soemthing like 4000 miles on the odometer. and my gas mileage will be off, but w/e, its only off by 10 up in the higher mph's and i dont travel a lot on highways, so i should be fine. i think haha
