Default Running on 4 cylinders...

So my car started running real rough the other day, and I noticed today after it runs, the drivers side exhaust manifold is hot, and the passenger side is cold. Why would one side be completely dead? I hooked up my boost gauge and have absolutely no vacuum at idle, and I replaced the spark plugs and cleaned the IAT (that was all before I noticed the passenger side was dead). I thought it may be a blown head gasket, but even with that not all cylinders would be dead.

Yeah, the motor had ran for maybe 1-2 minutes and the drivers side was just about too hot to touch and the passenger side was like ambient temperature. I checked the cops, and the ohms all came out good, but i doubt 4 cops would go bad on the same side all at once.
