uhh i think its gotta be one or the other, they have different flow/ intake port just trying to figure out which you have, yes it can be done i'll leave the details to someone with a little more experience with the swap, a few on here have done it.

you will need all the cobra timing chains (4), secondary tensiones unless they are already on the heads still, cobra intake manifold (they go for roughly $400-$500 for lower and the hat), cobra intake, (you can use your stock MAF. a cobra throttle cable and cruise control cable, DOHC coil over plugs and will need to lengthen and reverse the polarity of the wires going to your COP's. also a coolant crossover tube and the coolant hoses for a cobra. cobra headers, and larger injectors but dont upgrade the injectors until you go to get it tuned. also a metal piece that goes on the rear of the passanger head for coolant flowing to the heater core. i have one of those for sale that is new. you will also need to get a tune or else it will run too lean at high RPMs.

well thx for all the help but me the maste rtech at work decided that the heads off the aviator engine had been run with low or no oil for jus long enough to make it a risky decsion for me to take the heads off the engine. ughhh
