That means the clutch for the T-45 and the clutch for the 3650 would have the same bolt pattern to the fly wheel. The 03, if it comes with a flywheel should be an 11", 6 bolt flywheel and your 11", 8 bolt clutch should bolt to it.

I'm sorry if this doesn't make any sense... I confused myself half way through this and I think I fixed it but not sure.

the one i bought is a 10.5 inch 1/16" diameter . . . thats all i can find on my invoice

Then you will need a 6 bolt 10.5" flywheel for a 96-98 mustang GT.
