I have been doing some research about heads and cams and what they do for your engine and how they work. I have found some sites but since I don't know a lot about them it seems confusing and kind of hard to understand. Do you guys have any links that would help explain this to me without it because overly confusing?

I searched the forum for info on this but it mainly talks about which brand is better and isn't quite what I was looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
