My serp belt at like 3.5k RPM will start to chatter and actually some times jump. The tensioner is still very stiff, replaced its pulley and the stationary one. Working on a 98 GT. Most of this started when we had slight flooding and I had to drive through some kinda high water, probably little above bumper (car lowered an inch). Any suggestions for a fix?

Try a new belt for starters

Forgot to mention, it has a new belt on it.

did you replace the tensioner or just the pulley if you repalced the pulley just the pulley i would try the tensioner part as well

Yes I just replaced the pulleys and not the tensioner. Just replaced the harmonic balancer and that cleared up the problem. No the A/C clutch sqeaks haha, never ending with water...FML. Thanks for the help guys!
