Default Beware: Water Temp Gauge

Ok, last week I installed my water temp gauge along with the new sender unit. Took the old one out and disconnected it from the harness. Everything
seemed fine, So I parked it. Next morning, Im heading to work and I flip my A/C on, and nothing. Get back home and check the harness I tapped into for power to my gauges, It was ok. The clutch was not recieving 12v to kick in. So I waited until this weekend, and tampered with it, and decided to hook the factory sensor back to the harness. A/C works.

OK. Now, I have the new sensor installed hooked directly to my new gauge and the old sensor just hanging by the factory harness plug. Decided to drive around the block, make sure everything is going well. Took my first turn out of my neighborhood, water temp gauge jumped to 220F immediately. I shut it down quick. What happened was the factory sender being hooked up fixed the a/c problem, but not kicking in the Radiator fan due to it not reading an appropriate temperature to kick it on. So if any of you decide to install a water temp gauge, make sure you get a T fitting, and install both senders. If you dont, you will have no a/c.
