Default Need a little direction

Ok, so long story short. I had the known issue of throwing a plug on driver side head. Tapped and heli coiled it. Year later blew out again so replace the head by dealer.

Now I have 2 codes. a P0155 and a p1151. These codes when looked up online give a whole lot of possible problems.

Had no code before the new head, now have these two codes. Already replaced Left Bank O2 sensor. Still have these codes. Replaced the sensor because the original code said it was that sensor.

Now i have those 2 codes.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start looking with these 2 codes?
I'm really getting bad bad gas mileage now. Use to get close to 150 miles per half tank, now I get maybe 90.

And help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much in advance

ok, no offence but, which side did you change, driver or passenger side? Left bank is driver side, an so on. If this is what has happened, simple fix is to take the 02 sensor from the other side you took out and put it in place of the one on the driver side which should have been replaced first time. If this is not the case, then disregard what i just said and check an clean the mass air flow sensor with a cleaner specially for them, if that dosen't work i don't have a clue without knowing what the codes are, hope this helps!

It was the driver side that was replaced. I will do what you said and see what happens
