Default Warranty? Hmm decisions..

So today I randomly received a letter in the mail saying my factory warranty will expire, and its some company that "offered" another warranty, not ford. I just bought the car off of a private seller towards the end of Feb, (My newest 03 GT Centennial Convt. w/ 38K miles! ) So As you all know the usual warranty expires 3yr/36,000. Does/did anyone add on a "warranty" type deal thing with any company? If so what are the benefits of it and do any of you guys recommend it? All input welcome, Thanks!

If you do, read the fine print, so you know what is and isnt covered. Shop around some offer better deals and more coverage then others.

dont call them, dont return the letter....

You'll NEVER hear the end of it....even if you say, "well, i guess not, thanks though" you'll get hundreds of phone calls from that company, and others....

believe me, I know

imo its overrated anyway, these cars are built well, if something big breaks down, its just an opportunity to buy a newer pony! lol
