4-6 inch flexible adjustable chin spoiler for 94-2004 Mustang

I am looking for 4-6 inch flexible adjustable chin spoiler for 94-2004 Mustang or how to fabricate one. Anyone have any thoughts? It should not be vary hard. Infact I would assume there is a generic kit for this.

the boss shinoda chin spoiler is about 2x as big as the mach 1 chin spoiler. look into it man...
