My friend is fixing his rear end and wants to go 31 splines, can he get a trac loc out of a cobra and axles of an explorer or S197 GT?

I know for a fact you can take the cobra trac lok......i have it in my car....the cobra trac lok is the FRPP trac lok ...same exact thing....as for the axles....im not to sure....i would just buy mosers, they will never break on ya

i just kinda made a thread about this, for about a grand from latemodelrestoration you can get a fully built rear 31 spline .w gears bearings seals etc etc.

Actually the 03-04 Cobra differential has carbon clutches which FRPP ALSO offers...but their standard trac-lok doesn't have them.
