story short i need a new front bumper and like the look of cobra front bumpers... before buying one, first will it work, and second do i need to stay in the same years 99-04....

^^^I bought my bumber and all supporting hardware (fogs, bezels, mounting kit etc., etc.,) from Late Model Resto. I also did not go with the OEM Cobra bumper, I went with the aftermarket one (half the price of the oem). I would start there if I were you.

Yes you need to use a bumper made for 99-04.

Are the side brackets going to be the same? Do i need cobra brakets or gt brakets or are they all same

^^get with late model resto. they will have everything that you need.

i got mine from a company called persing auto body parts , or something like that.140.00 plus shipping.think it was 199.00 total.bezels from mustangs unlimited 25.00 each,dont buy the other little bracket in the fog light section that you see, you wont need it. i found a set of fog lights for 60.00 with bulbs,look around online for them you can find them cheap. i use a site called findit.com or thefind.com cant rember. the chin spoiler i got from ford.
