Default White smoke, head gasket questions

alright so i have a 03 gt 4.6 that recently started blowing white smoke pretty heavily. started out doing it lightly and got worse. figured intake gasket, changed it out and still no fix. then changed intake and still no fix. figured now its head gaskets. tore the head off and inspected gaskets and they looks to be alright. some of the blackish blue gasket material is missing but that seems to be normal where it sticks to black and head surfaces. im at a loss here. there was no rusted thru coolant passages and the gasket didnt look to have any defects at all. the metal layeres were spreading a little bit but i dont see that as a problem when the weight of the head is down on it. i am just trying to figure out what this problem could be. i was getting coolant on the 2 middle plugs on both banks. has anyone ever seen this problem before and is it a possibility that it is the gaskets and they still just look to be ok? i dont think the car ever overheated since i do use autometer gauges and watch them constantly and the motor only has just shy of 50k on it. let me know your thoughts, i really want my car back

What does/did the engine oil look like? (milky)

There could be a hairline crack in the heads that with a naked eyes cannot be seen but with engine at operating temperature and under pressure it leaks. You should be able to see a trail of sorts where the coolant has been leaking. Same concept with the (plastic)
intank as well.

it could be your cylinder heads within themselves. The valve sealant could be wearing away, which occassionally will cause white smoke. does it smoke all the time or just at start up?

well the car has sat for two weeks without being started. i pulled the heads first and then checked oil and water was sitting at the bottom of the oil pan. not sure if it was there before i pulled them or not but oil level seemed to be fine and i didnt see much milky look to it when i checked before. i did notice the whitish colored buildup of creamy type stuff that tells me water is being circulated through my oil though. it was under my oil cap and in my valve covers. thats why i just went ahead and pulled the heads figuring head gaskets. i looked over the gaskets again and they look to be fine, just seperating at the layers a little bit. im a little lost at what else this could be unless its cracks in the heads....but both heads at the same time? unlikely

any more info on this guys? im really trying to figure out what else this could be.

EDIT: no it isnt vlve seals either this is coolant burning. some plugs look brand new because of the coolant burning on them. i blew coolant out of the cylinders and blew thick white smoke from exhaust. had a good amount of coolant in oil pan but didnt realize it until i already had heads off. head gaskets look to be fine though unless the layers were somehow seperating under the weight of the head. im not sure, neer seen anything like this
