I was running on a DynoJet, the temp was over 90 F, I understand the heat takes away from power, but the fact is my A/F is running very rich, from what I understand the more Air you flow the leaner my ratio should get, is this wrong?

No, you aren't wrong....you are definitely on the rich side. If it were me, I would get a dyno tune. The reason, as you probably know, your HP #'s are down is a result of the rich A/F. Hmmmm, let me think on this.

So here's the question... Can he reset his EEC by disconnecting the battery for a while and expect the A/F ratios to even out while the EEC relearns the maps, or does the EEC need to be completely re-tuned? If it must be re-tuned, can this be done by a simple "flash" at the dealership, or is it necessary to puchase a chip/tuning device?

The cheap fix is to try and reset the computer, if it works....awesome. But, since there is a bend or different placement of the MAF, a good reflash or chip would be the way to go.
