im still removing weight from the car and i cant find out anywhere what this box is(the box next to the shock tower). mine only has one fuse left in it and i wanna know if i can delete the whole thing. the box itself isnt heavy but i can trace all the wires from it back to the main harness and save a few pounds.

No you can't remove it. It is the fuse for the CCRM IIRC. I just moved mine inside the fender.

ahh, ok. i wanted to remove that too last night but started reading my haynes manual and didnt. looks like im running outta stuff to remove. other than the ccrm and the one single harness inside the driver side fenderwell, mine are empty. nothing else really under the hood to delete either except the iac, and gotta be retuned for that one.

You can delete the evap system and just vent your tank -50lbs.

That is an auxiliary fuse box used for the engine cooling fan power...





It's just a 30A fuse, you could replace it with an inline mini fuse holder.

ooo...i dont even run the factory fan. sweet..i think this may be gone.

i run all mishimoto stuff. debating whether to change it all again.
