Default head gaskets goin?

So I have a feeling my head gaskets are going bad. Car has 120k miles. When cold it feels like a misfire when i blip the throttle but doesnt occur while driving. I installed a oil catch can and its pulling out all white water, I know it could be condensation since it is cold, under the fill cap its white but dipstick isnt showing any white, coolant level cold was 1.5in under the full line and i just replaced the intake manifold due to it being crack at tstat...and i also noticed what looks like oil stains small stains on my driveway...when i looked under my car last oil change where the heads meet the block it wasnt clean there was some oil residue on both heads along the whole seam but it wasnt dripping. could my gaskets be shot?

The white residue in the oil cap and the catch can is more than likley just condensation which is normal, especially in colder temps. The coolant level could be from the changed intake manifold and it could of had a small air pocket that burped. Now to the oil along the head/block seem, if both side headgaskets where blows to the poing the entire seem of the gasket was gone there would more than likley be some issues with oil and antifreeze mixture and probably overheating. What it soundslike to me is that oil is leaking somewhere and running down to the seem and once it hits the seem it simple just runs down and follows the seems, I would take a good look at both valve covers for starters.

Check for bubbles in the coolant and monitor that temp gauge and def watch the coolant levels.

run a leakdown test with the rad cover off. If you get bubbles through the rad than your gasket is no good. And obviously if the leakdown test is low pressure or you lose pressure same deal. If you dont have access to one try running the car with the cap off the rad and the same deal. If it bubbles than you know your pulling air into the system from the head gasket.
