yep there that area i believe they sell other reenforcements to weld in which is maybe what your thinking of but most people just get the seams welded so the spot welds wont tear.
Oh. Thats cool. So alls you have to do is remove the LCAs and then reweld the entire seams on the body where the LCAs are bolted in? I have friends who weld. Is it really hard to get at or fairly easy?

the axle tubes can spin causing the bearings to bind up and tear up the axles. anything over 450 hp its recommended to weld them. they dont have to be fully welded, a 1 inch tack would be fine, but while your there might as well do the whole thing
