I would imagine that it is your shocks and struts. The stock ones do not have the range they need for being lowered. There is a hard rubber stopper in the chamber and it sounds like when you hit a pot hole and possible sudden bumps in the road your shock is extending all the way and hitting that stopper. Eibach has a set of shocks and struts that work great with their springs, I would suggest getting those.
