Default Balnching wheels vs. Alignment

Sorry for sounding like an idiot but I got some used Saleen wheels from a friend of mine. They have wheel weights on them and they used to be on his mustang. Now, would I have to rebalance them? Also, in order to keep my car driving straight, my wheel is tuned a good 35 degress to the left. How do I fix that? The wheels are on the car btw.

Well I would rebalance any USED wheel and tires..Just to avoid issues.
plus if theyre stick weights they can fall off. (cause shacking at high speeds in steering wheel.)
As for the steering wheel being 35 degrees.

Low tire preasure in one tire in front or you need a alignment to center wheel (toe in and out)

If they are actually good on the bal, there is no need to rebalence them.
For the other, get your car to a shop and have an alignment done with the steering wheel straight. It's an easy fix.

I bought my wheels and tites used cause I found a guy getting rid of them on craigslist. They were actually still on his car when I checked them out. He took them off and took them home and bolted them right on. No balance issues at all. I have had it up to about 90 mph and all seemed good. The steering wheel issue is definitely a problem. You should get the fixed pretty quick.
