Question 1996 cobra pulleys with big boost. 6rib to 8 rib?

I'm going to be running 15-17psi out of the 96 cobra. The stock 6rib pulleys are known for alot of slipping with the serpentine under that about of boost. Was told to go to the renegade system which is 1200 bucks... after a huge build, i don't have that kind of cash now. I was told i could convert to an 8rib setup. Which pulley's will i need? where can i get them? I heard lincoln navigators, f150, 250, maybe so 90's model mercury's have 8rib? definintly could use the help. thanks.

i thought cobras had an 8 rib stock.

This is not on a stock engine of course. MMR built motor. unfortunately the 96 cobra is supplied with a 6rib. Has anyone invested in the Renegade system? is it just the bracket? pulleys too, etc etc

just curious if I already have stage 3 crower cams in mine, would there be any problem if I supercharge it??

I am running 17psi on my 6 rib setup and zero slippage. Only upgrade was a new/old stock Ford OEM tensioner which you can get from Tousley Ford. BTW, running a 2.87 pulley also.
