I couldn't find and good reviews out of the patriot heads I quite families with trick flow heads but I would like to know how good these patriot heads are.

They are hit or miss, the ones made the first year were the best IMHO. I have rebuilt a couple dozen sets now.

do you think that the Patriot Performance Stage II CNC Ported Romeo Heads would be a waste of time and money?

IMHO - do a search for all makers of ported modular heads and see what is out there.
