Default trying learn here...

What exactly are solid lash adjusters, & how much do they cost? I have been doing more research on what all I am going to need to get my head/cam/intake swap done properly.

Also, will the CNC Stage 2 modular heads from fox lake come w/the cam bearings already installed, or do I have to obtain them myself?

What are the purpose of the rockers? With my mods do I have to get aftermarket rocker arms, or will the factory ones be alright?

Where can I get a set of billet adjustable cam gears, & for how much?

Thanks in advance...Gixxer

Solid lifters must be adjusted manually.I don't even think they make solids for mod motors? The cam bearings are integral with the head, the bearing surface is machined right into the casting. The rockers transfer the cams motion to the valve stem, the lash adjusters are on one side and the valve stem is on the other side of the camshaft.I haven't heard of any aftermarket rocker arms either. The cam gears are a question for someone else, they make them for the four cylinder engines but I don't know about V 8's.

Thanks for the info. The reason I mentioned the solid lash adjusters is, because on the P51 advertisment in any mustang mag says that they are needed; therefore I assumed they were made for the 4.6's.

Actually if you go to www.jesel.com , then click what's new, the first thing listed is rocker arms for the Modular engine. These are the only ones I know of though.
