Ok so I have had this smell ever since I've had my cams put in. It smells like oil or like burnt wires or something. It is getting worse now. The frustrating thing is I can't find a leak or anything. Sometimes on start up it smokes a little in the back right of engine behind the master cylinder area but just on start up.

I've looked everywhere and can't see any oil while looking from above or underneath the car. I never have to top off my oil either so I'm not even sure it's oil. Is this just the slowest oil leak ever from hell or what!?!? Any clue what it could be guys? Thanks in advance.

I guess no one can figure this annoying thing out either. It has been going on for over a year now and it only started doing it after I got my cams installed. Maybe it's the oil I use? Mobil 1 full synthetic?

Ok I just jacked the car up and crawled all the way underneath.. I see a little bit if oil around the oil pan and near the trans. I'm guessing rear main seal leak or oil pan gasket now.. Damn wish I knew how to fix myself!!
