Hazards and Turn Signals don't work

Hazards and Turn Signals don't work
The hazards haven't worked for a while now, but just recently the turn signals stopped working.
Today I took apart the steering wheel area to check the multifunction switch to see if the connections were loose and they weren't.
My wiper blades still work, so I don't believe it's a faulty multifunction switch?
What else could cause the turn signals and hazards to not be working?
