Default Manual Cranking

Hello guys...have a 1997 SVT that's been sitting in storage for two years. Want to manually crank the engine to make sure nothing has seized up....where would I do that???? What size socket would it be??

The crankshaft pulley bolt, clockwise ONLY with the plugs removed. It should have an 18 mm head...

That's the very bottom-center pulley right? Why plugs out??

Yes.

Why plugs out??
By removing the plugs you will not be fighting the engine's compression while turning it over. You should squirt a tablespoon or so of oil into each cylinder as well (use a pump oil can), to make sure the cylinder walls are lubricated....
