Default 03 Explorer Heads

I got an opportunity to get a set of heads off an 2003 Ford Explorer 4.6l, the catch is i have to take them off (pretty good deal if you ask me) from everything i have read or could find on the subject they should bolt right on my 1998 4.6l

Can anybody confirm that or point out any pitfalls with 2003 Explorer heads?

I don't really need them, already have PI heads on my car but if they fit not a bad thing to have around.

Thanks

The real question is. . .would you be willing to sell them at some point?
