inlet pipe and maf

C&L 85mm MAF Cold-Air With Trueflow Inlet Pipe for 03-04' MACH I Mustang
im figuring im gonna get about 400$ for xmas. Im getting exhaust installed already, so i started to look at cai's and came across this

would i need anything special for this? would it just bolt on or would modifications be needed. I dont really know much about engines and such so i thought id ask. everything seems to look good and i could get some of my car friends to help install it.

Just need a set of small metric sockets 8-14mm and a screw driver. You won't have to get under the car. You can do it yourself in 30-45 mins tops. I have a similar setup. I have the C&L 80 mm MAM, 9 inch K&N filter, C&L trueflow inlet pipe, hooke dup to my 75mm BBK tB and C&L Plenum. You will like it. do it!
