Default wiring

New guy here.. I'm ripping apart a '00 GT to put into a '65cobra kitcar. I need a wiring digram better than a haynes, because the haynes is a pos. Main question is this. The two pin connector that runs the switched 12V (red/blue wire) to the clutch position switch and the line (white/pink) back. I either cut the other side of this out or something.. i dont' know where it is. I have no problem splicing and soldering a switched 12V onto teh red/blue line. The question is what the white/pink line connect to, and what color wire it runs to.

Also, the red tubing that runs from the TB over to the fuel evap line and a bunch of other places.. what is its purpose and is it necessary?

Thanks guys
Jim
