awhile back i used using some chevron techron to clean my shat. anyhoot i was sittin at the gas station gettin ready to fill up after using some techron, and revvin to just use up as much gas as possible, i didnt really hold rpms long or anything, but i hit in the upper 5's and let go. when i got out i smelt somethin, looked and saw a smokin o2 sensor. uh oh. dont remember if it was a front or back o2, but i hear the front ones are the ones that will affect performance. should i repalce mine?

How was the 02 sensor smoking? You sure it wasnt just exhaust coming out of the bung or something???

not familiar with bungs, lol. i just saw smoke emitting from the sensor, or at least by it?

I'm just curious as to how it would smoke.... Can you get under the car and see if they are in tact?
