Trust me dude I was in the SAME position.. I was really nervous driving... paying more attention to my feet and the rpms than the road. Just give it a little time... now I love it. I don't even think about it since I drive it all day everyday it's all second nature. Once you get to that point you can brag to the ladies that you drive a cobra... and you can tell the dudes "yeah its a stick" when they always ask if its auto or stick.

And plus its more fun romping on the gears [8D]

We can't give you any tips, really. You just have to learn the car. You already know how to drive it, just get used to it.

Dude. Take your ***** out of your purse and put them back on. Then throw your purse away.

j/k But really. What year cobra is it? In about 3 months when youre power shifting, sliding sideways banging gears and doing smoke shows, being totally comfortable with the car, youll love it. The first manual I had was a 98 integra. For the first week I thought I made a mistake with it too. Then I got comfortable shifting and never looked back. I wouldn't dream of owning an auto mustang. Autos are so BORING. You just dont get the same feel from the car as you do with a manual. Stick in there (pun intended), you'll love it. Trust us.

Ive learned how super stiff my clutch is compared to cars like civics and mazda3s lol... I test drove both and when I got back into my car I thought the clutch was stuck LOL but it was just being it's stubborn old self... you'll also get a killer thigh workout driving a stick!!
