Haha...this is funny....Reminds me of when i started... I didnt want to wreck the clutch in the stang before i even got it so i decided to learn in my buddys POS "HONDA" Prelude....I got used to it after a couple of days but i ended up completely wrecking his clutch...from then on everytime he shifted into third his car let out a HUGE fart noise....haha I can gladly say took the life of a Honda for my Mustang......But its been years now that ive been driving and trust me you will get used to it....No joke i could sit on an icey hill with a car a half-an-inch behind me and go without even coming close to it....I just like being able to control my shifting when going fast or slow......The only thing that blows is traffic, but even then it still beats the hell out of an automatic.....Just too boring for me .....But trust me, after a while you wont think about it anymore, it will jsut come natural...And by a while i dont mean weeks...months

I had to drive my dad's truck to and from class, 40 miles total a day, it's an automatic and man I swear I was ready to fall asleep at the wheel.

Yea I cant take that....Sometimesif its really lateat night i take out mybuddys car jsut because mines so god damn loud, and ill catch myself like dazing out while driving...its just sooooo god damn boring....

I would never buy an automatic car....

I mean i do have a 75 stingray corvette which is auto... but i also is 3spd so i can shift....But i could never fall asleep driving that thing because of all of the girls screaming at me haha

Cadillacs are the worst. Not only are they auto and shift so smoothly it's like riding on air, they are also extremely comfortable. It's like sitting in a ****in' arm chair. I think they're made to make you fall asleep while driving.

They need to come up with something even better than manual... like Flinstones style or something... because even manual puts me to sleep on the highway hahahaha sometimes I'll line myself up in the lane where no cars areand close my eyes for a second

either that or auto pilot... now that's what I need. So i can just sleep the whole trip.
