I have 10.5s in the back with 315s and I have FRPP C springs and I can pretty much put my hand b/w the tire and quad shock still so I think you'll be fine.

no you dont need to remove the quad shocks, if you lower it 2.0 or more", fender rolling is a good idea
How will it be for a 1 1/2" drop???

My drivers quarter has mud in 3/4's of the lip, so rolling it is out of the question short of replacing the quarter.

You'll be fine with a 1.5" drop and some quality shocks

i have 10.5 in the rear of mine and nothin rubs at all... i hope your not thinking about putting the 10.5 inch rims in the front cause that will def. not work at all stay with the 17X8's in the front!
