More expierienced guys will be able to balance better then those who aren't as expierienced. If your steering wheel is vibrating it is not an alignment, its a balance issue. And you do not need an alignment every time you get tires. Definitly have them rebalanced, also have them check for bent wheels, which they should automatically do but tell them just incase.

Where are you guys taking your cars for alignments with cc plates. One place said leave the car with us for a few hours and we will see what we can do. I dont think so. Not gonna happen.
