I'd like to take out my dash and sand, smooth and paint it. Does anyone know the steps to go about this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Winter time here in Bffalo so like to do a few odd things during this time. Thanks, Jerry

i think this is the part of the dash you were talking about? i could be wrong, but either way the steps should be helpful!

well unless im missing somthing you have an 01 cobra? and that means the dash is basically plastic, and the same as mine. so problem i could see is there is really no flat spots, which means its going to be very hard to sand well, and im not sure it would even sand at all. Have you seen this done before? or just trying somthing new?

I already know the techniqure of painting the parts. I've done several already and have been successful with that. I want to know how to remove the dash so that I could pint it
