pretty easy. takes ~ 30 min. Make sure you warm the car to normal operating temps and log the position of the needles so when you reinstall the new face, you can position the needles fairly accurately

please, do not do this. this used to be the most accurate way of puttimg your needles back on, but not anymore. i never liked knowing that my gauges were no longer accurate. what point does a gauge make if it isn't accurate?

follow my how-to located here to calibrate your needles to 100% accuracy

^^Good job! never heard of that before... but it seems like it may work.
however, i never did have any problems putting my needles back. I simply semi installed them in predetermined positions, plugged the cluster into the car(half assembled or without the plastic cover), turned the key, and repositioned the needles if need be. Once that was done, i finished assembling the cluster and installed it in the car.

bah, they're a breeze. they're only hard if you don't know what you're doing. i've done it twice and it's a piece of cake
